Help to test a linearized PDF

Hello

I want to generate a PDF file linearized (optimized for web).
I read the PDF specification several times but i can't generate a PDF that's correct : when i open the file in Acrobat Reader 7, the property fast web view is always "No".
I generate a one page linearized PDF with Acrobat to see if they are differences with the one i generate, but i can't find what i'm doing wrong.
Is the specification complete ?
Are there some utilities to test my PDF ? I found dumphint from Ghostscript project but it don't help me.

Any help is welcome.
I can transmit the PDF file if necessary
