Clear pictures in compressed pdf

Hi there, I have a number of clients who would like to email brochures to their clients in a pdf format. The only way to make it small enough to email is if I compress it to the smallest file size. All text and vectors are perfectly clear but the photos compress badly (all good for a proof but not what my clients want to use it for)

Does anyone have a suggestion on what Adobe product I could use to reduce the file size of a multiple page pdf (to under 2mb) without compromising the clarity of the images?
